What is your return and exchange policy?
We want to make sure you get what you want, no matter what!
That’s why we gladly accept returns for any reason within
30 days of your original purchase.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached,
no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
Refunds for returned items will be made to the original payment
method used for purchase within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items.
(It may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged,
or changed once order is placed.

For your information, only if your order has been made in U.S., you may send the merchandise via USPS to
our warehouse in California with 5$ of cash inside, which will be help to expedite the return process.
How do I make an exchange?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 10-14 business days.
Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
Can I return an embroidered item?
Sadly, the answer is nope. Embroidered items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
