their fingers’ ends moving tersely,
was so cool while they were concentrating
in trimming fishes, finishing one dish
of sushi and making one piece of roll.







Watching them, it came to my mind that
getting the title of the No.1 Korean sushi restaurant
is thought to be an imminent reality,
not a false dream.
