* Since it is custom-made, the exchange / refund process may be complicated.

Exchange or return is not possible when the embroidery is carried out.
So, we recommend that new customers who order embroidery for the first time contact the customer service center
written at the bottom of the website or in the Q&A bulletin board.

When the order is confirmed, it may be proceeded as a general order which is a same day delivery service.
So please make sure to fill out the contents about the embroidery on the Q&A bulletin board before proceeding an order.

The person in charge will check the contents you filled in and contact you right away.

If you have a brand logo or other embroidery image other than your initials, please contact us through the Q&A bulletin board.

For the initial embroidery, our A-mont embroidery team will contact you within 2-5 days after you make a payment.

Initial embroidery will take 3 to 7 days after the initial draft is finalized.
